Reconciling revenue and expense data across inventory subledgersand the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reportingSupporting revenue recognition processes, including the processingand analysis of sales data and product exchanges Managing andimproving AR processes-posting payments, conducting creditanalyses, reviewing overdue accounts, and leading collectionsefforts Communicating credit policies clearly and effectively tocustomers, and maintaining productive vendor and customerrelationships Leading AR management meetings and providingexecutive summaries on collections and cash flow Assisting in thepreparation of monthly journal entries and participating in themonthly financial close process Partnering with internal teams toensure accurate and timely billing, inventory control, and properrevenue recognition Supporting internal and external audits,capital expenditure tracking, and asset reconciliationsContributing to the development of budgets and forecasts throughdata modeling and variance analysis Reviewing AP entries, ensuringproper GL coding, and guiding junior accounting team members WhatWe’re Looking for in a

Senior Accountant Education:

Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting is required

Experience:

3-5 years ofexperience in accounting or audit; public accounting background isa plus

Certifications:

CPA or CMA preferred but not required

Systems Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Experience with GP/MS Dynamics is a strong plus

Skillset:

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, time management, andcommunication skills.
