Senior Accounting Analyst
Immediate opportunity for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconcile payroll banks & withholding balance sheets; includes research and posting entries to clear open items
Create and run various Alteryx workflows to create reports needed to reconcile balance sheets
Build reports using Spinifex Easy Reporter
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A for various journal entry reclasses they request
Post entries and track severances and bonuses by employees
Post Payroll Tax and Garnishments
Identify & develop new and improved processes where needed
Participate in year-end audit as assigned
- to include footnote preparation
This is a direct-hire position in Atlanta working Monday - Friday, 8am
- 5pm on a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

REQUIRED SKILLS
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with general ledger systems
Public/large corporate accounting department experience
Payroll General Ledger accounting experience
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
Oracle ERP system familiarity
SAP and Spinifex Easy Reporter
10 key by touch
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
High level of professionalism
Strong work ethic
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
