SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller , the Senior Accounting Manager will lead a team of Accounting Managers and staff, overseeing critical accounting functions, including: Month-end close processes GAAP compliance and internal controls SOX compliance and financial reporting accuracy Fixed asset and depreciation accounting Software accounting and reconciliations System upgrades and process improvements This role requires a strategic, results-oriented leader capable of driving operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred) CPA designation (required) 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong preference for public accounting experience Experience in large corporations or working with enterprise-level clients Prior experience managing accounting staff and fostering team development Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong acumen in financial systems A demonstrated history of career stability and progression
