As a Senior Staff Accountant , you will be responsiblefor a variety of impactful tasks that ensure accurate financialreporting and project alignment: Manage components of the month-endclose process, including journal entries, work-in-progress (WIP)reconciliations, inventory tracking, and roll forwards. Collaborateon capital project planning and execution, supporting the monthlycash flow forecast for active and upcoming initiatives. Partnerwith project managers and the property accounting team to ensuretimely and precise financial reporting . Oversee the creation andtransfer of fixed assets , maintaining accurate inventory andcapital records. Provide meaningful variance analysis andexplanations for profit and loss (P&L) statements. The ideal Senior Staff Accountant candidate will bringthe following: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2years of accounting and/or finance experience (construction or realestate industry experience is a plus).
