Role and responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy personnal to manage and optimize our back-office operations using the Synergy Suite platform. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, recipe management, and insightful reporting to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Recipe Management:

Create and update recipes in the system with accurate ingredient quantities and costs.
Ensure consistency across locations and compliance with nutritional standards.
Collaborate with culinary teams to implement new menu items.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate and distribute regular reports on inventory, sales, and cost analysis.
Customize dashboards and reports to meet departmental needs.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.

System Maintenance & Support:

Ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
Provide training and support to team members on Synergy Suite functionalities.
Liaise with Synergy Suite support for troubleshooting and updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Synergy Suite or similar back-office restaurant management software.
Strong understanding of inventory control, recipe costing, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
