Role:

At Forrestall CPAs, LLC, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Accountant to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates eager to launch their accounting careers. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our tax and audit departments through hands-on learning and collaboration. No prior professional experience is required—what matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a warm, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Support the preparation of annual tax returns and related forms Participate in basic audit procedures and analytics Provide assistance to senior accountants on a range of tasks including: Tax notices; Reconciliations; Trial balance imports; Statement creation; Valuations; etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A positive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
