Job Description

Job Description The Controlling Analyst will set up projects, maintain system files and necessary asset detail/supporting data, record and reconcile fixed assets to general ledger; ensure timely capitalization of all assets; work with capital project managers to ensure capital and expense projects are within budget and projects are closed on a timely basis; report monthly status of all projects; perform reconciliations and audits of fixed assets including asset inventories; ensure accurate reporting of fixed assets.

Essential Functions:

Reconcile plant fixed assets to general ledger Ensure accurate reporting of fixed assets in SAP and SAP BW (Fire) and reconciliation between both systems Report monthly status of all capital and expense projects to appropriate management Perform reconciliations and audits of fixed assets, including physical inventories in cooperation with central departments Controlling for Projects (Investment and Expense), working with Engineering Manager, IE Manager, Area Managers and project leaders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of capital requests and approvals, accuracy of spendings forecast, and tracking of actual spendings. Period Expenses analysis and tracking. Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial statements Assist with plant reporting and data transfer among departments Daily Invoicing. Support Plant Controller in month-end closing, monthly reporting, and budget process (e.g. analysis of variations, fix costs, P&L items) Perform other duties/assignments as directed by the

Plant Controller Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration with 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in data analysis software, financial modeling, and audit tools. Including Microsoft Office products, SAP. Ability to understand and apply U.S. GAAP and IFRS Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to

High degree of accuracy and meticulousness. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
