Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Temporary Grant Accounting Assistant. This position is responsible for setting up a general grant spreadsheet(s). Tailor spreadsheet to the 3 active grants and reconcile the grant line items with the weekly PeopleSoft reports. Position will last from on or near May 15, 2025 to July 31, 2025. Responsibilities Generate a generalized accounting spreadsheet.
Tailor spreadsheet to the current grants.
Reconcile weekly the spreadsheet with the PeopleSoft Reports for each grant. Required Qualifications Completion of Intermediate Accounting 1 (ACCT 3310).
At least 4 months or 40 hours of accounting experience in a professional accounting environment. Required Documents to Attach Resume
