• $48 per hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday
• Friday, 8am
• 4pm (40 hour weeks) with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years working as an Accountant with specific Accounts Payables experience. Experience using dispatching software (PCS software experience preferred) Download and Print weekly Driver delivery sheets from dispatch programs, check all comments for percent difference or anything that might be out of ordinary. Also check for Truck numbers and Trailer numbers on Company Drivers. Enter and check Company Drivers and Contract Drivers payroll sheets against information downloaded from dispatch program. Print copies of Company Drivers and Contract Drivers sheets that do not have Delivery Ticket entered so they can be checked the following week to see if it has been entered and the driver can be paid on next pay period. Deduct any deductions from contractor’s checks (ELOG, GPS, CARGO

INS., AUTO INS.

Etc.) Enter and print all payable checks (Drivers and Bills) to be signed, filed and mailed. Maintain accurate PTO time for employees. Pay all Bills and enter cash receipts. Process Quarterly Payroll Tax reports and file online (Federal 941, FUTA, SUTA and L-1). Process Quarterly IFTA and file online. May be assigned other duties, as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular physical activity, including: Standing for prolonged periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching. Pushing and pulling heavy objects. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
