Salary:

Job Details Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PropertyAccountant to join our growing real estate team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in property accounting andbe proficient in Yardi software, with a proven ability to managefinancial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activityfor a diverse portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manageday-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of residentialand/or commercial properties Prepare monthly financial statements,including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reportsPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances Maintain andreconcile general ledger accounts, including accruals andprepayments Process accounts payable and accounts receivabletransactions accurately and timely Track capital expenditures andassist with budgeting and forecasting Work closely with propertymanagers and asset managers to ensure accurate reporting Prepareyear-end workpapers and assist with external audits and taxpreparation Ensure compliance with company policies and applicableaccounting standards (GAAP)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field 3 years of experience inproperty accounting, preferably in a real estate or propertymanagement setting Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager(required) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting principlesHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizationalskills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborateacross departments

Preferred Skills:
