I am working with the leading Custom Home Builder in LA. They have been operating for c 45 years and have a strong leadership team in place. Their sweet spot is $20-50million prestige homes. They now have the following projects starting in the next few months : 1⃣Large job in Beverley Hills worth $100mill (Sept start, 36-38 months). 2⃣Starting a job from a repeat client building a new home in Brentwood – starting in 3/4 months (24 – 30 months). 3⃣Also put in a proposal on a 17,000 sq. ft home in Malibu (not a burnout) I am looking for an experienced Superintendent to help deliver these projects.
