Position:
Analyze and interpret data and properly prepare general ledger entries. Maintain supporting schedules for prepaids, accruals, and amortized expenses. Maintain organized and detailed documentation to support financial transactions. Perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Collaborate with accounting team and management to meet department and organization objectives. Assist with external audit preparations. Balances multiple demands, prioritizes tasks, and retains clear focus. Communicate effectively internally and externally. Assist with research, development, and implementation of new accounting processes. Assist with special projects, as necessary. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Bachelor, Associate, or Accounting Certificate beneficial. Demonstrates understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Strong math acumen.
