You will play a crucial role in supporting the financialoperations and accounting processes for our clients in varioussectors. This position involves preparing and maintaining accuratefinancial records, supporting month-end close processes, andensuring compliance with accounting standards. The SeniorAccountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clientsto ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and assist withkey business decisions. Please note that this is a hybrid position, where you would beexpected to go to our local office or client location, as need. Youmust be available to work Eastern and/or Central time zones.

Responsible For:
Assist the team through all phases of a client engagementincluding work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeoutconsistent with established program delivery processes to meet thescope, schedule, budget, and other contract requirements. Ensure that the scope of work is completed to the satisfactionof the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuringthat quality, financial, risk management, business and policyexpectations are met. Communicate and work on a variety of assignments potentiallyincluding progress and status, scope, schedule, and budget as wellas progress of deliverables, client reviews, technical input, andcomment resolution. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, lawsand regulations, and keeps current on compliance-relatedareas. Perform research for technical accounting issues asappropriate; formulates resolution of issues identified through theresearch process. May provide on-site, virtual or augmented business services forclient. Participate in the preparation of deliverables/reports forreview that include any noted issues, trends and other micro/macrolevel risks identified through the execution of activities. Provide support on other consulting projects, asnecessary. Proactively communicates any issues/concerns relating toassignments. Prepares for relevant certification exams until completed andmaintains the required CPE for firm and licensingrequirements.
Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 3+ years of relevant accounting or auditing experience orwithin an outsourced accounting team

CPA or pursuing CPA certification Ability to learn and understand new concepts, workflows, andsoftware applications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Perform effectively, efficiently and with quality under tightdeadlines and manages multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communicationskills. Professionally and appropriately communicates with adiverse group of individuals. Demonstrate a positive attitude, proactive nature, and bereceptive to feedback. Exhibit professionalism and maintain the highest level ofconfidentiality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision andwithin a team environment. Technically proficient with the capability of performing at anintermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft OfficeSuite of products (specifically Excel, and Word,Outlook).EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
