KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee the general accounting functions,including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, andincome statements. Lead the monthly close process, ensuring timelyand accurate financial reporting. Manage and track budgets forvarious projects and operational costs. Conduct variance analysisto identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Ensurecompliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and allregulatory standards. Assist with audit preparation andcoordination, working closely with external auditors. Develop andimplement improved accounting processes and procedures to enhanceefficiency and accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned to ensurethe smooth running of the accounting department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3 years of experience inaccounting, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, andreporting requirements. Experience with budgeting, cost analysis,and financial forecasting a plus. Proficiency in accountingsoftware and Microsoft Excel (experience with ERP systems a plus).High level of integrity and attention to detail. Experience withaudit preparation a plus.

Location & Compensation:

Location :

On-site position near Massillon, Ohio.

Salary :

$80,000 to $85,000depending on experience.
