Bedford, NH•onsite during training, then can transition to 4 days remote, 1 dayin-office!

JobDetails Maintain highly accurate grant general ledger (GL) andreporting. Perform monthly GL account reconciliations. Preparemonthly cost analysis of federal grants and programs as well as theAnnual Cost Allocation Plan. Compile annual and ad-hoc federalfinancial reports for federal submission and review by independentauditors. Perform accounting functions to record grant revenues andexpenditures. Produce accurate and timely management statusreports, ensuring and documenting compliance with all grantfinancial requirements. Monitor activity for assigned grantprograms, perform financial analysis, budget reports, and reconcileassigned GL accounts.
Requirements:
Strong grant accountingknowledge and experience. Strong ability to leverage computerizedfinancial and accounting systems. Experience with Microsoft 365suite. Government or fund accounting included in accountingcoursework preferred or related certifications such as the NHGovernment Accounting Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree in a relatedfield preferred. •
