Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain third-party property management accounts. Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, including chargebacks to tenant accounts. Perform monthly closing of management owners’ accounts. Record tenant move-ins and move-outs. Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain financial documentation. Review and interpret financial reports. Work independently to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant bookkeeping/accounting experience in investment or property management. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures with high attention to detail. Familiarity with commercial property management and a basic understanding of lease agreements. Proficiency in Sage (Timberline) or similar property management software. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word . Ability to work independently and provide excellent professional references .
