What You’ll Do:

Drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and financial statements.
Deliver meaningful insights through financial analysis on sales, margins, expenditures, and operational KPIs.
Ensure data integrity with monthly general ledger reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.
Lead the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests with robust documentation and analysis.
Manage Fixed Asset processes-from capitalization and depreciation to tracking disposals and bi-annual inventories.
Conduct monthly credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
Partner in audit readiness, supporting both internal and external audit processes.
Collaborate across teams with ad hoc support in

AP, AR, and Payroll What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Agility to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
