Accountant & Payroll Analyst Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Our client is a well-established organization in the educationsector seeking a Payroll and General Accountant to support theirgrowing finance team. This full-time, in-person role reportsdirectly to the Controller and offers a mix of payroll processingand general ledger responsibilities.

Run bi-weekly payroll using ADP WorkforceNow Prepare and entermonthly journal entries; reconcile cash and balance sheet accountsAssist with investment reporting, endowment accounting, and fixedasset tracking Support annual audit preparation and coordinate withAdvancement on gift reconciliation Process summer billing, pettycash, and other general ledger tasks Maintain accurate records andensure confidentiality across all responsibilities

QualificationRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfield with relevant coursework 2-3 years of accounting or financeexperience required Payroll processing experience stronglypreferred, especially with ADP WorkforceNow Strong Excel skills;experience with Financial Edge NXT a plus Highly organized,detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines with integrity
