JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leverage prior job experience (preferably Big 4and/or relevant industry experience);
• Broaden accounting, financeand analytical skills;
• Supervise and mentor a team of AssociateFund Accountants and Fund Accountants, as well as train newemployees;
• Administer, report, review, and understand industrystandards;
• Respond to auditor queries;
• Increasecommunication/interaction with clients and their investors.

Prepare/review monthly, quarterly and annual reports for investors,consultants and other stakeholders including financial information,performance returns, operations and variance analysis;

• Calculateand review various performance returns;
• Support and coordinatecash distributions on behalf of clients;
• Prepare, review, analyzeand interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotesor other financial report to assess accuracy, completeness, andconformance to reporting and procedural standards for auditreports;
• Develop leadership skills by demonstrating a willingnessto lead projects and offer input; and
• Review documents to ensurecompliance with client agreement(s).

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting (or related field);
• 3 years of finance oraccounting experience;
• Experience working with Close End Funds,Private Equity, PERE, CMBS preferred
• In-depth understanding ofinvestments within assigned fund(s);
• Broad market knowledge;
• Strong communication and analytical skills; and
• CPA or CPAeligibility a plus. The budgeted salary for this role is $65,000
