The Property Accountant will be incharge of handling the day-to-day accounting and reporting for theproperties

Employees work9 hours Monday-Thursday and only work 4 hours on Fridays yearround. The Property Accountant’s responsibilities includes but isnot limited to: Preparation of timely and accurate monthly propertyfinancial statements Monthly bank statement reconciliation andfollow-up on all outstanding checks and reconciling items. Cashmanagement, assist with quarterly forecast and budget cash needs.
Calculate back-billings to tenants and work with the propertymanagers to finalize and process billings. Prepare profit and lossstatement, property recovery calculations and balance sheetreconciliations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree 0-3 years ofgeneral accounting experience. Ability to work in afast-paced/changing environment
