With a portfolio in excess of $12billion, they carry decades of experience in real estateinvestment, finance, development, construction management and assetmanagement.

Our client’sportfolio is present all over the United States High growthpotential Great culture with very minimal turnover Excellent salaryand benefits package Hybrid schedule Responsibilities of the SeniorProperty Accountant include but are not limited to: General ledgermaintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverseportfolio of commercial and residential properties Record journalentries as needed Reconcile CAM’s, bill backs and calculateescalations Provide budget to actual variance analysis Assist inpreparing year end and quarterly financial statements forinvestment funds Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly thirdparty property management accounting Provide back up and support tothe Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed Preparespecial reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarizeinformation and trends Senior Property Accountant requirements: BSdegree in Accounting or related discipline 5 years of experiencewithin real estate accounting Very strong excel skills Yardiexperience required
