Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior Accountant, External Reporting will be primarily responsible for assisting with the preparation of SEC reporting, the Company’s SOX compliance efforts and general coordination efforts with external auditors. This position will assist with technical accounting consultations via research on and analysis of complex accounting issues. This position reports to the Manager, External Reporting and works closely with the accounting teams in the

US, Europe and Asia Responsibilities:
  • Prepare 10Q, 10K, 8K and other required filings in Wdesk in accordance with requirements and complete disclosure checklist.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements.
  • Research and stay updated on new accounting standards and SEC rules and evaluate their impact on the company and monitor compliance.
  • Assist with accounting for lease agreements.
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to identify necessary operational improvements with potential financial reporting impact.
  • Assist with XBRL reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • Support quarterly reviews and annual audits with internal and external auditors including internal audits as applicable.
  • Review and tie-out Investor Relations presentations and other materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy, MSA preferred.
  • CPA highly preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years of public accounting/ and corporate experience at SEC registered entities
  • Strong understanding of SEC rules
Skills/Competencies:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and judge priorities.

  • Preference for proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems (e.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,575.00 – $114,862.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
