Summary •Hybrid work option
MaineHealthis recruiting a Senior Staff Accountant to join the MaineHealth Corporate Accounting team. One to two years of public accounting is preferred, but not required. This role may be in office, hybrid, or remote opportunity for candidates within the Health System’s service area of Maine and New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and great attention to detail. Day-to-day activities include preparation of journal entries, performing reconciliations, account and financial statement analysis, consolidated system financial statement preparation, and other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Experience:

Two years of Accounting experience required.
