Payroll & Financial Accountant Position Available In Sagadahoc, Maine

Payroll & Financial Accountant Topsham Dental Arts 37 Foreside Road, Topsham, ME 04086 We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team! Duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts. Preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Calculating salaries, updating payroll systems with employee information Analyzing financial data and identifying trends. Assisting with tax preparation and compliance. Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. Auditing financial records and ensuring accuracy. Preparing and analyzing budgets. Managing accounts payable and receivable. Working with auditors and regulatory agencies. Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance Must be able to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment. Dental experience preferred but not required.

$23.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week
