Accountant Position Available In Platte, Missouri

Job Description The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Hospital is seeking an Accountant to perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements. This individual will prepare records, analyses and reports, as well as capital expenditure schedules to ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and principles. •CPA or General Ledger Experience Preferred•

The Work:

Provides financial support including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget. Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects. Maintains responsibility for more of the higher risk, judgmental, and complex areas in the Accounting and Finance department. Position will also aid external audit functions including preparation of audit schedules and will be available to assist managers and others with account fluctuation analysis.
