Position Description & Responsibilities, but not limited to : Set up all new jobs in system Collect any paperwork for the contractor, as needed Submit certified payroll Employee time entry-monitoring for accuracy and submission Handle all aspects of Billing for contracts/jobs PO entry along with PCOs Prepare and report the monthly Cost to Complete (WIP) Provide, review, and monitor project financial reports Monitor AR balances and follow up with customers on past due balances Send labor force inclusions Run reports for PM and project close outs. Lien waivers and Certificate of Insurance requests General office administration, including acting as point person for all administrative and office needs.

Professional and positive attitude
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a billing position Bachelor’s or associate degree, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Vista Construction industry experience, preferred Salary range is commensurate with experience.
