Work with world class professionals Extensive GrowthOpportunity Great Benefits and compensation package Job DetailsHybrid role – In office 3 days a week The Tax Accountant reports tothe Global Tax Leader and is primarily responsible for working withthe corporate functions to complete tax reporting and optimize thecompany’s tax position. This position will provide US andinternational tax analysis; support project management; and workwith the Global Tax Leader to prepare tax compliance, taxaccounting, and transfer pricing analysis; foreign tax creditcalculation; internal reorganizations; identify permanentestablishment risk and similar initiatives. Job functions andresponsibilities Stay current regarding U.S. tax law changes andhelp analyze impact of new US tax laws Implement and support thedesign of tax saving strategies Support local tax reporting andlocal country tax audits (annual, quarterly, local book, VAT, etc.)Work with non-US controllership in the regions/local countriesExpand knowledge of tax laws in local countries Supportimplementation of changes to corporate structure to optimize taxobligations legally and ethically Work with the Global Tax Leaderwith designing, coordinating and implementing planningopportunities, reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.,leveraging internal and external resources Support functional andoperating unit leaders to understand and improve tax results on asustainable basis Provide appropriate financial and tax reporting,reflecting the impact of tax planning strategies Efficiently andeffectively aid in the preparation of the design, capture,execution, documentation and communication of tax planning to theaccounting, compliance, controllership and treasury teams Buildquantitative analysis to support decisions taken Maintain, trackand schedule corporate legal entity structure for leadership,advisors and service providers Success Factors Efficiently ensuretax provision, income tax return and sales/use tax return inputdata reported into tax software Proactively identify areas ofopportunity for efficiency and accuracy of current processesDemonstrated ability to effectively manage tax schedules, workpaperpreparation, and communication to multiple locations/countries andacross functional teams Attention to detail with strongorganizational and time management skills Be able to communicatewith peers and superiors, while being a collaborator and open tothe ideas of others Must have high intelligence, motivation andability to prioritize on a real-time basis Qualifications Hands-onand detail-oriented but also see the big picture; Able to work wellin a cross-functional, matrixed, decentralized organization, andcustomer focused; A professional who can deliver results and musthave strong interpersonal communications skills; A team player whois well versed in the details but capable of bridging knowledgegaps to team members at various levels of experience and inmultiple jurisdictions; A quick study who can rapidly adapt to ourculture and gain the confidence of the leadership team; High energyand able to handle conflict; Be an independent worker, capable ofoperating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment; Able todrive and implement change; Be creative, culturally aware andpossess a passion to excel Graduate or undergraduate degree inAccounting or Finance, JD or Master of Taxation from an accreditedUniversity; CPA highly desired but not required Minimum of 2 yearsof tax experience at public accounting firm, law firm, or U.S.multinational company Experience with a multinational organizationwith multiple business units Interested in hearing more?
