Job Description:

Senior Accountant We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on SeniorAccountant to join our growing team and play a key role in drivingfinancial performance across multiple business units. If you’resomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentand wants real ownership, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the month-end close process and produce clean,accurate financials across multiple entities. Prepare consolidatedreports, dashboards , and insights for leadership. Dig into costaccounting —analyzing BOMs, inventory, variances, and helpingoperations improve margins. Partner with cross-functional leadersto support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making .Build efficient financial processes , optimize ERP systems (Sage,QuickBooks, etc.), and support scalable growth.

Who You Are:

5-10years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing ordistribution . Fluent in Excel and ERP systems ; confidentnavigating data and streamlining workflows. Solid understanding ofcost structures, inventory, and margin analysis . Comfortablejuggling multiple entities and working across departments.
