Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Implement and maintain internal controls to streamline accounting processes.
Supervise staff accountants and mentor junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior role.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
