This role requires proficiency in various accounting software, including QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making. Duties Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and forecast future financial performance. Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Oversee tax preparation and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
