Salary $75k to $95k
Our client designs, constructs, installs, integrates, operates, monitors and maintains a wide variety of Transportation Infrastructure Assets/Technologies for our customers and our communities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Leads coordination regional Project Managers and Coordinators to properly establish project setups related to materials, labor, subs and equipment against bids/estimates, budgets, and project changes/requirements.
Administrative management oversight for all regional projects. Focus on labor, materials, equipment and subcontract cost flow, timing, and accuracy.
Actively works with Operational and other functional teams to meet project, Regional and Corporate goals, and objectives.
Monitor and ensure accurate and timely reporting of Regional WIP on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Actively lead weekly/monthly project reviews as required to monitor project status, gain an understanding of key concerns on project timelines, delays to work, material/labor/equipment/sub discrepancies and variations/amendments to scope of work.
Works with Regional teams and Accounting/Finance to identify, resolve and continuously improve operational systems to ensure database integrity, process compliance, and dynamic reporting.
Partners with Operations to continuously improve Cash Management and collections through timely invoicing and submittals. Works with PMs and PCs to ensure compliance to procurement processes including PO usage, credit card reconciliation, and timing.
Owns and drives action plans to drive best-in-class Under and Over billing practices and procedures based on Customer, Contractual and Regulatory requirements.
Generate, review, monitor and report weekly and monthly KPI’s internally. Discuss and review KPI progress with regional teams to develop action plans to meet or exceed KPI’s.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Construction Management, or similar field and 5 to 7 years’ experience in Project Management/Cost Accounting capacity in construction or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Self-driven with the ability to stay on task for extended periods of time while working independently either in the office or remotely.
Revenue Recognition and Earned Revenue experience.
Prior ERP experience required; Viewpoint Spectrum preferred.
Working knowledge of bidding software ideal, HeavyBid preferred.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Advanced MS Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Effective communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally.
Successful candidates will have to complete and pass a pre-employment MVR, background, and drug screen.
