The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in various accounting software. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Assist with reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts. Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment approvals. Maintain accurate records of debits and credits for various accounts. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues related to accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred. Familiarity with vendor compliance and quickbooks is a plus. Strong skills in balance sheet reconciliation and understanding of debits and credits. Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
