The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial statements and reports Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Support month-end and year-end closing processes Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Collaborate with senior accountants for mentoring and professional development opportunities. Manage accounting software, including QuickBooks, to maintain accurate records.
