We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities Utilize QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Service Titan, Adobe, and Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions. Prepare and issue customer invoices, including reviewing and editing technician reports. Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and following up on overdue accounts. Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Maintain and update aging reports and process adjustments as needed. Assist with cash flow management by providing updates on receivables. Reconcile accounts and support month-end closing procedures. Generate ad hoc financial reports and maintain accurate financial statements. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Work closely with auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve payment or billing issues. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Experience 5+ years of accounting experience (required). Strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other accounting-related software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and customers. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus but not required.
