Key Responsibilities + Prepare and manage accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses. + Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. + Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analyses and recommendations. + Support internal and external audits by gathering financial data and documentation as required. + Analyze financial trends and metrics to support decision-making by senior management. + Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards where necessary. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger operations and journal entry preparation.
• Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
