is looking for a high energy and results-oriented•-Accounts Receivable Specialist who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. Accountant•Accounts Receivable Your main responsibilities will be: Timely processing of customer payments Collection of payments Submit invoices to customers Coface credit insurance reporting Customer investigation & credit reference receivable Credit Processing related to quality issues Month-end & year-end closing support Year-end audit support Assist in credit to customers Assist in separation of duties of treasury functions Assistance with the year-end physical inventory Assistance with special projects Developing a complete understanding of key account needs Anticipating key account changes and improvements Managing communications between key clients and internal teams

Job Requirements:

Accounting knowledge (work experience) and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting Customer collection experience (preferred) Understanding of account reconciliation process MS Office (especially Excel), proALPHA Good written & oral communication skills, detailed oriented personality, ability to work independently as well as in a team setting, ability to work with confidential information Valid driver’s license to allow for trips to banks and post offices when necessary Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer Minimal lifting, bending, and stooping as required Flexibility to work overtime as requested Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift Authorized to work for any employer in the United States We offer: Tuition Reimbursement Program•We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.
