The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering assets into the accounting system, balancing the general ledger, preparing journal entries, and performing various general accounting duties. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on project-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and manage assets in the accounting system, ensuring all asset transactions are recorded and tracked properly. Balance and maintain the general ledger by reconciling accounts and ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate documentation and comply with accounting standards. Perform various general accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or a related field. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Applicants should be available to start immediately. Pay is dependent on experience but range is $30-35/hour.

Pay Details:
