What You Will Be Doing As a Project Accountant, you will serve as a central support to both our Accounting and Project Management teams. Your attention to detail will ensure that all phases of billing, compliance, and financial communication remain seamless across all active projects. Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable & Billing Cycle Management
- Project & Bid Setup Compliance
- Project Communication Support What You Need to Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Construction Accounting (preferably commercial projects)
- Working knowledge of AIA billing, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage recurring cycles, and comfort navigating large volumes of data
