Job Description:

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for aSenior Accountant in the Triad area. This role is responsible forreconciling and adjusting various general ledger accounts andconducting moderately complex financial analysis. The position alsosupports the preparation of financial statements and reports byconsolidating, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.

KeyResponsibilities:

Monitor bank activity and process ACH, wires, andcheck runs Post A/P transactions and prepare journal entriesPerform monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations Analyze revenueand expense activity Oversee fixed asset and inventory processesPrepare daily sales reports and monthly commission calculationsSupport budget-to-actual variance analysis Handle 1099 forms, taxfilings, and internal audit requests Upload financial data usingOneStream and prepare metrics reports Collaborate with leadershipand Corporate Finance on reporting needs
