Staff Accountant Position Available In Iredell, North Carolina

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant located in Statesville, North Carolina. The individual will be integral to our team, performing tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general ledger
• Handle the accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and BlackLine to streamline accounting processes
• Prepare and adjust journal entries as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes. Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations and management
• Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger management
• Experience in creating and managing Journal Entries
• Demonstrated experience with Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks
• Familiarity with Oracle accounting software
• Experience in QuickBooks operations and management
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software
