Performing Month end close Preform account analysis and review transactions for accuracy and completeness Forecasting and budgeting are critical in this role Establish and develop strong internal controls Create ad-hoc reporting Must be skilled in recording fixed assets, accruals, and expenses Performance with general accounting principals, preparing, maintaining and reconciling accounts and balance sheets Capital expenditure recording
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting 2-4 years’ of accounting experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI reporting Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with corporate executives Strong understanding of GAAP Ability to manage multiple tasks (wear many hats) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) Understanding of manufacturing process and inventory management Manufacturing or distribution accounting desired
