Will be responsible for payroll, accounts payable/receivable. Primary Responsibilities ? Verify and post transactions in QuickBooks ? Set-up QuickBooks for new companies ? Enter sales/purchase orders ? Prepare invoices and bill back to customers ? Handle collection calls ? Process accounts payable ? Balance credit card ? Process and record payroll and benefits ? Reconcile bank accounts including Journal entries ? Prepare Balance sheet and Profit and Loss statements for internalreporting Knowledge and Skill Requirements ? Must be proficient with QuickBooks ? Knowledge of Accounting theory ? Detail accuracy of work is critical ? Excellent communication skills ? MS Office ? Spanish language a plus Education and Prior Experience ? Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administrationor an equivalent combination of education and/or experience thatdemonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understand of GeneralAccepted Accounting Procedures and Practices ?
