Rather than specializing in just Accounts Receivable or Payable, we’re seeking someone who can take ownership of the complete bookkeeping process.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A detail-oriented team member who can accurately post income and expense transactions to account ledgers. 2. Someone who understands how day-to-day transactions impact the overall financial statements. 3. Experience with posting payroll transactions and performing payroll reconciliations. 4. A willingness to assist with preliminary income tax data entry. (We offer training and help you understand how this data ties into tax reporting.) Compensation:

• $20-$24 per hour for candidates with ALL the required experience. • $15-$16 per hour for those still gaining experience, with clear opportunities for growth in both role and pay.
