Responsibilities:

• Manage interim roles and projects such as financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, expense analysis, audit preparation, budget management, and system migrations.
• Collaborate with clients to address critical issues including process inefficiencies, compliance challenges, and system upgrades.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of client teams, quickly adapting to evolving circumstances while exceeding client expectations.

• Note:

  The locations of the projects will vary client to client. All applicants should be comfortable commuting to locations within the Charlotte Metro market and going onsite 5 days a week as required. Requirements Required Qualifications:

+ Proven success working in accounting or finance fields, with expertise in roles such as Accountant, Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, Internal Auditor, or similar functions. + Familiarity with accounting systems and tools like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP systems. Ability to quickly learn new ERP systems. + Solid grasp of GAAP, IFRS, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation. + Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders. + Able to quickly integrate into new company structures / dynamics; take initiative to own processes and projects; drive results. + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or business-related focus.
