Property Accountant 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC LHH is seeking a Property Accountant to join our client in Charlotte on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate property accounting and Yardi experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing the accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties Journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements Month-end closing Assisting with development project accounting Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred Property accounting experience is required Yardi experience is required Experience within real estate development is preferred
Compensation and Schedule:
$80,000 – $85,000 depending on experience; full benefit package Fully onsite; Monday –
Friday Pay Details:
