Full Job Description Description:

King Machine is a global leader in tire mold manufacturing, where precision, complexity, and innovation converge. We’re pushing the boundaries of digital manufacturing and automation to produce mission critical components that support some of the largest tire manufacturers in the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team in the tire molds manufacturing industry. This role involves managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment application, and collections. Analyze customer accounts and aging reports to identify overdue balances and initiate collection efforts. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. Maintain accurate customer records, credit limits, and payment terms. Generate and distribute AR reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Assist in month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AR processes. Manage and monitor accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations. Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate vendor records and payment terms. Generate and distribute AP reports and dashboards. Assist in month-end close activities, including AP reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Associate degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) is required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industrial manufacturing is a plus.
