Salary:

ExcitingCareer Growth Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Managing all aspectsof accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, CostAccounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. 2.Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget andfinancial forecasts, reporting variances. 3. Preparing andpublishing timely monthly financial statements. 4. Coordinating thepreparation of regulatory reporting. 5. Researching technicalaccounting issues for compliance. 6. Supporting month-end andyear-end close processes. 7. Ensuring quality control overfinancial transactions and financial reporting. 8. Managing andcomplying with local, state, and federal government reportingrequirements and tax filings. 9. Developing and documentingbusiness processes and accounting policies to maintain andstrengthen internal controls. 10. Additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the followingqualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, orrelated field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting,with a focus on reconciliations, entries, and GL management. 3.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified ManagementAccountant (CMA) preferred. 4. Thorough knowledge of accountingprinciples and procedures. 5. Experience with creating financialstatements. 6. Experience with general ledger functions and themonth-end/year-end close process. 7. Excellent accounting softwareuser and administration skills. 8. Strong analytical skills, withthe ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financialreports, statements, and projections. 9. Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills. 10.
