Our client is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures. Manage and execute collections on past due accounts, including contacting customers and providing necessary invoices and statements. Apply payments to customer accounts and research unidentified amounts. A/R account monitoring, customer dispute resolution, and collection follow up. Reporting on A/R status, including aging analysis and collection metrics. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline accounting processes. Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements. Assist with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (degree not required). Prior experience in accounting or finance is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
