The Ideal Candidate:

Has a Business or Accounting degree or relevant accounting experience Has a positive attitude, professional demeanor and appearance Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills Can multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, problem solving and deadline-driven environment Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and task oriented Is comfortable learning new technologies, tools and platforms Has Strong computer skills in MS Office, PDF and Windows applications Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is a plus Duties include: Preparing and sending accurate invoices in a timely matter using client-specific formatting Coordinating with Project Managers to receive and incorporate their draft invoice comments and reports into final invoices. Emailing and Submitting invoices through client portals Coordinating with Subconsultants to ensure their invoices are accurate and meet our clients’ requirements Opening and closing projects A/R Review and assisting in collection efforts Entering and posting subconsultant invoices Preparing other reports as necessary
