• year degree in accounting with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse customers. This position is salaried and pays 75 thousand dollars to 120 thousand dollars depending on experience. Responsibilities
• Invoice Preparation and management
• Oversee accounts payable
• Preparing weekly financial reports
• Generate and distribute accurate invoices based on service agreements
• Ensure all invoices are issued in a timely manner
• Verify billing information and resolve billing issues and discrepancies
• Maintain billing records
• Help with payment processing
• Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve any issues
• Record and apply payments to customer accounts
• Help accounts payable and accounts receivable Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise
• Strong understanding of financial concepts
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
